Overview - Calendar

The Calendar feature allows you to manage tasks and workfile appointments while you are in your daily or weekly calendar view. Other features include working with tasks and unscheduled workfile appointments.

There are three calendar views available that allow you to manage appoints and tasks. Additionally, there are navigation buttons for the Day and Week calendar views that allow you to move through each day or week depending on the view you selected. The day column displays a vertical timeline grid with increments of 15 minutes. Appointments are arranged on this grid.

The Day + Map calendar view displays your daily appointments and a map showing the location for each appointment. The workfile preview pane is not available in this screen.

The Day calendar view displays your daily appointments and tasks for the selected day. The preview pane also displays workfile information for the selected workfile.

The Week calendar view displays appointments and tasks for the selected week. The preview pane is available in this screen.
